1. Rewards Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Cypronite Rewards Program (“Program”). By joining or using the Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• The Program is open to registered customers of Cypronite.

• One account per person. Points cannot be shared or combined between different accounts.

• Participation is free of charge.

3. Earning Points

• You earn 1 point for every €20 spent (excluding shipping fees, discounts).

• Points are credited automatically after your order is confirmed and paid.

• Points may not be earned on purchases made using gift cards, coupons, or store credits.

4. Redeeming Points

• For every  5 points, you receive a €5 discount on a future purchase.

• Points can only be redeemed in increments defined by the Program (e.g., 100, 200, etc.).

• Discounts from points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

• Redemption can be made directly during checkout.

5. Points Validity and Expiration

• Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.

• Expired points are automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.

6. Changes and Termination

• Cypronite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

• Changes will be posted on this page and apply from the date of publication.

• In the event the Program ends, any unused points will expire automatically.

7. Fraud and Misuse

• Cypronite may revoke points or suspend accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

• Abuse includes (but is not limited to) creating multiple accounts, fake orders, or manipulating purchases.

8. Non-Transferability

• Points and rewards have no cash value.

• Points cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another account.

9. Privacy

• Participation in the Program requires processing your personal data to track points and rewards.

• Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
